Your data, how AI is used, and who we answer to.
The three questions a careful buyer asks before sending a CRM export to anyone. Short answers first.
- Your data
- A read-only export, not access to your systems. Handled under your NDA, deleted when the engagement ends.
- AI
- AI does the counting. A person checks every finding against the source record before it reaches a report.
- Independence
- No fee from the target, no software to sell. Partners we recommend are named as partners, and any referral fee is disclosed. The founder’s other company is named below, with how conflicts are handled.
Your data
We ask for a read-only export of CRM records, forecast snapshots and retention files, plus an org chart. We do not ask for logins to your systems, and we do not need personal data beyond what the analysis requires. Where it is practical, customer and contact names are replaced with codes before analysis.
An NDA is signed before anything is shared. A data-processing agreement under the Swiss FADP and, where it applies, the GDPR is available on request. The export is handled in an access-controlled workspace, not in public tools, and not shared with anyone but the party that instructs us.
When the engagement ends, the data is deleted and we confirm that in writing, unless you ask us to keep it for a re-score.
How AI is used, and how it is checked
AI reads the export, rebuilds pipeline, forecast, retention and pricing, and flags where the records and the claims disagree. It is fast at this and does not get tired of a spreadsheet.
It does not decide anything. Every finding is traced to the record that supports it and checked by a person before it appears in a report. Where a number cannot be verified, the report says so and treats it as unproven. The conversations that follow are held by a person, and so is the judgement about what the numbers mean.
Independence
The party that instructs us is our only client in an engagement. We take no fee from the target and we sell no software.
Before any engagement we disclose, in writing, every interest the founder has in the target, the fund or the deal. That covers his venture-partner role, including any introduction he made or any finder’s fee he could earn, his limited-partner stakes and Salesmotion. We only take the project if you and we both agree to go ahead after that disclosure. If either side is not comfortable, we decline.
We keep a short list of selected companies we trust and partner with, and recommend them where they fit. They come recommended, not required: you are free to choose anyone. If a partner would pay us a referral fee, we tell you before you decide. No partner relationship changes a score or a verdict.
In a deal, the fund instructs and pays. Deal costs are sometimes recharged to the target at completion, which is normal practice. It does not change who we work for.
The founder, Semir Jahic, also founded and leads Salesmotion, an AI account-intelligence company for B2B revenue teams. It is separate from this practice: no shared clients, no reselling, no use of its data in our work. Before every engagement we check whether the target, or the fund, is a customer or competitor of Salesmotion. If it is, we tell you before work starts, and we only go ahead if you and we both agree.
Who sees the report
The person or fund that books the work receives the report, and decides who else sees it. In a Health Check booked by a CEO, that is the CEO. If a fund books Health Checks across its portfolio, the fund receives the reports and each CEO is told that before work starts.
We do not share findings with anyone else. We do not show one client’s data to another. Our own anonymised score base, used for benchmarking, contains scores only, never names, customers or raw data.
Terms and capacity
Every engagement starts with a written engagement letter and your NDA. The letter sets scope, fixed fee, data handling, liability and what the report may be used for.
One person does the work, so we take a limited number of engagements at a time. At the first call we tell you whether we can start inside your window, and if we cannot, we say so rather than stretch it.
