From Due Diligence to Day-to-Day Fractional Support.

From the report to the day-to-day.

Fixed-scope projects for the work that follows an assessment, or that needs doing anyway: forecasting, planning, pre-sales, hiring, outbound and AI search. Scoped with you, with a fixed fee agreed before we start.

For
CEOs, sales leaders and the operating partners of PE and VC funds.
How it is priced
A fixed fee for a defined scope and an owned outcome, agreed in writing after a free first call. No open-ended retainer.
Who does the work
An operator who runs two AI-first companies day to day, with specialists from our network where a project needs them.
Where it starts
After a Health Check, a Deal DD or an AI Readiness Assessment, or directly when you already know the problem.
What we take on

Ten projects we run most often.

01

Forecasting revamp

WhenThe forecast misses by more than anyone admits, and "commit" means something different to every manager.

What we doWe define forecast categories and commit tests with your managers, set up the weekly call, and add a data line and a capacity line next to the team's call.

What you getWritten definitions, a call agenda, an accuracy baseline per manager and the routine to keep it honest.

02

Annual planning

WhenNext year's number is set top-down and nobody can say what it takes to hit it.

What we doWe build top-down and bottom-up apart, model capacity with real ramp, set quotas with a sensible buffer and write scenarios with triggers.

What you getA plan the board can test, quotas ready for week one and a list of what you will not do.

03

Hiring solution engineers

WhenYou need sales engineers and the interviews keep producing the wrong profile.

What we doWe define the profile your buyers need, run a five-stage loop with a case and a role-played panel, and sit on the panel with you.

What you getA scorecard, an interview kit and hires you can check again at month six.

04

Building the first SE team

WhenAccount executives run their own demos, or a few engineers are spread across every deal.

What we doWe size the team from deal load rather than a ratio, set engagement rules and a deal-size floor, and hire the first senior engineer.

What you getA capacity model, engagement rules and a hiring plan with triggers.

05

SE leadership

WhenThe pre-sales team is busy, but its view of each deal never reaches the forecast.

What we doWe lead or coach the pre-sales function for a period: the SE deal score in the forecast call, proof-of-concept rules, the metrics that matter and a career ladder.

What you getA team that runs without us and a brief for the permanent leader.

06

Demo technique audit

WhenDemos run long, tour features and win the meeting but not the deal.

What we doWe score sampled demos against a 25-point rubric and run a dry run and certification for the team.

What you getScores per person, the three fixes that matter most and a certification standard.

07

Sales leadership hiring support

WhenYou are hiring a first sales leader, a VP of Sales or a CRO.

What we doWe write the brief from your numbers, run competency interviews and a case on your own data, and take backchannel references.

What you getA shortlist scored on the same seven tests and a start plan for the first 30 days.

08

Outbound process analysis

WhenDevelopment reps book meetings but the pipeline does not grow, or you are weighing AI SDR tools.

What we doWe test outbound economics at your deal size, review targeting, sequences and handover, and design a 90-day pilot.

What you getCost per qualified opportunity, a keep, fix or stop call, and a pilot plan.

10

European expansion

WhenYou are entering Europe or the DACH region, or a launch has stalled after its first year.

What we doWe plan the launch team, the hiring triggers and the order of countries, and run the first quarter with you.

What you getA launch plan with thresholds to continue, scale down or exit.

How it works

Four steps, one owned outcome.

Step 1

Free 30-minute call

Your problem, in your numbers. You hear whether a fixed service, a fractional project or nothing at all fits.

Step 2

One-page proposal

Scope, the outcome the project owns, dates and a fixed fee, in writing, so you can decide quickly.

Step 3

The work

Done with your team, not around it, with a short weekly check-in against the agreed outcome.

Step 4

Handover

What your people now run themselves: the definitions, the routine, the model, the hires.

Questions about fractional support

What is the difference between fractional and interim support?
An interim leader fills a role full-time for a period. Fractional support takes a defined piece of work and owns its outcome, alongside your team. When a seat needs filling every day, we say so and help you hire for it.
How are fractional projects priced?
A fixed fee for an agreed scope and outcome, set in a one-page proposal after a free first call. There is no open-ended retainer and no hourly billing.
Do we need an assessment first?
No. Many projects start after a GTM Health Check or Deal DD, because the scorecard and 100-day plan show what to fix first. If you already know the problem, we can start there.
Who does the work?
The founder leads every project and still runs two AI-first companies day to day. Where a project needs a specialist, we bring in operators from our own network and name them in the proposal.
Do you work with traditional industries?
Yes. Forecasting, planning, pre-sales and hiring work the same way in manufacturing, distribution and business services. Where records sit in an ERP or in spreadsheets rather than a CRM, we work from those.
