Missed a quarter? Find out in five days where revenue is leaking.

The fastest way back to double-digit growth is knowing what is holding it back. You get the scores, the reasons, and five to eight fixes in order.

CHF 8,000

Fixed fee, 5 working days

For
A CEO directly, or a PE or VC fund on behalf of a portfolio company.
When
Missed targets with familiar reasons, a new head of sales, a board asking for progress, or a plan nobody quite believes.
Boundary
It shows where to look and what to do first. It is not built to price a deal. For that, the Deal DD goes deeper.
Coverage
All ten areas at sample depth: a four-quarter extract and three conversations. It shows where to look and what to fix first.
Your time
4 to 8 hours of your team's time in total, depending on size and data: a 30-minute kick-off, three to five conversations of 45 to 90 minutes by role, and a 60-minute readout. Plus one to two hours to pull the data.
Your data
A read-only export, not access to your systems, under your NDA. Data, AI and independence
Is this for you?

Questions about the GTM Health Check.

Is it a smaller Deal DD?
It covers the same ten areas, with less depth: a four-quarter data sample and three conversations instead of two interview days. It is built to show where to look, not to price a deal.
Who is it for?
CEOs directly, and funds that want the same read across several portfolio companies.
What happens after?
You have a plan to run yourselves. If a deeper look is warranted, the Deal DD or the AI Gap Analysis picks up from the scorecard.
Who sees the report?
The person who books it. If you are the CEO, that is you, and you decide who else sees it. We suggest walking your head of sales through it first. Scores describe how the engine is run, not the person running it. If a fund books Health Checks across its portfolio, the fund receives the reports and each CEO is told that before work starts.
Why not do this in-house or with a RevOps hire?
Your RevOps lead can pull coverage and ageing in two days. What they cannot give you is an independent score against written anchors, from someone who has run revenue operations at a scaling company, with a view that is not owned by the people being assessed.
Does 'talent evaluation' mean you score my people?
It scores how the team is built and performing: attainment spread, ramp time, hiring and attrition. It is not a performance review of named individuals.
